Regulamin przekazywania darowizn

The ECOMEDIO Group Foundation, located at Łukasińskiego 43i, 71-215 Szczecin, KRS: 0000899735, NIP 8522672346, REGON: 388881020, accepts donations from individuals, legal entities, and non-legal entities. Received funds will be allocated to statutory purposes.
Donations can be made via bank transfer, using a payment card, or by depositing funds into the Foundation's bank accounts:
- In PKO BP bank:

- Under the concept of transfer, not only traditional transfers are understood but also any form of payment using online services (such as Dotpay/Przelewy24, Pay-U, PayPal, PayNow/Autopay S.A., etc.).
- Available payment methods include payment cards:
  - Visa,
  - Visa Electron,
  - Mastercard,
  - MasterCard Electronic,
  - Maestro.
When making a donation, please indicate "Donation for statutory purposes" in the transfer title.
Making a donation is synonymous with accepting this regulation.
The donation is considered made when the funds are credited to the Foundation's account.
If the donor wishes to allocate the donation to a specific purpose, they should contact the Foundation before making the donation to make specific arrangements in this regard (especially via email: biuro@ecomedio.eu or by phone: +48.502 048 220). Donating without prior arrangements allows the Foundation to use the donation for a purpose chosen by the Foundation itself.
A donation can be withdrawn within a maximum of 14 days from the date of payment.
To withdraw a payment, you must contact our Foundation only by email - biuro@ecomedio.eu.
In the event of the need for a refund for a transaction made by the customer using a payment card, Ecomedio will refund the payment using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of refund that does not entail any costs for them.
Personal data are processed in accordance with the Foundation's Privacy Policy.
Autopay S.A. and PayPal are the entities providing online payment processing services for card payments.
